Please prepare the following:


• Bed, sofa, or recliner & a pillow
• Chair & side table
• We recommend that you set up somewhere with good lighting.
• Turning on your AC is a must since humidity affects the adhesive and might compromise the retention of the lash extensions.

• We advise that you don’t drink coffee at least 2 hrs before your session. There is a tendency that your eyes might twitch the whole time when you’re caffeinated and might make the application hard for our lash artist.
• Come in the studio with no eye makeup on and please avoid using curlers.
• If you wear contact lenses, please remove before the session.
• Avoid using oil products around your eye area.

We don’t recommend getting lash extensions when your lashes are permed because fall offs can occur quicker. We recommend booking a session at least 2-3 months after your lashes are permed.

Of course! Your lash artist will conduct a 10-15 minute Bespoke Consultation to assess and recommend the most suitable lash set, length, curl, and style for you.

A lash session usually lasts for 1.5~2 hours depending on the number of your natural lashes.

• Do not wet for the first 4-8 hours
• Brush your lashes regularly -avoid oil based products
• Avoid rubbing or picking your lashes
• Avoid sleeping with your face against the pillow
• Avoid steam
• Avoid using mascara & lash curler
• We recommend that you get a new set after 3 infills(retouch) to maintain the health of your natural lashes and to make sure that your lashes are clean & fresh
• Infills are recommended after 2-3 weeks from your initial appointment

Yes! Although it might be uncomfortable to lay down for 2 hours. So please make sure to let our lash artist know if you need to take a break or stretch.

If given the proper care and maintenance, your lashes would normally last for 4-5 weeks.
